Some of the areas we cover are Cardio, Weights, Running, Marathon Training and Tri-Athlete Planning. We work on your core strengths, not only to help you prevent injury, but to incorporate our philosophy of working and strengthening from the inside out.

3 sessions @ $80.00 apiece
6 sessions @ $70.00 apiece
12 sessions @ $60.00 apiece
A one time $15.00 travel fee applies to all in home training

What could be better than to be a Life Coach? Coaching is all about helping people achieve their dreams and aspirations, while improving themselves mentally and/or physically.

Coaching is the art of questioning...we want you to have the ability to find your inner answers and achieve results in whatever areas of your life that are not working for you.

At Tri Fitness we work with you to make you powerful and strong in mind and body. We incorporate various tools like meditation, visualization and affirmations.

Tri Fit Dinners

Proper Nutrition is what keeps our bodies fit and at peak performance!

We have all heard the saying "you are what you eat", and we all know how important what we consume can be. There are so many articles and books out there its sometimes hard to know what to believe or where to turn for support.

At Tri Fitness we now offer a program called Tri Fit Dinners. Tri Fit Dinners is a program where we get together every two weeks to discuss a healthy life style and how to improve our eating habits. All members bring a healthy dish to share. We support and learn from each other through conversation and building relationships.
